nustas Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "nustas," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at nustas.cam and all related services, features, and content accessible through that domain.
• "Member" or "Player" refers to any natural person who has successfully completed the registration process and holds an active nustas account.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Member through the nustas registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, sports wagering, bingo, and ancillary services offered by nustas on its platform, including live dealer games, slot games, virtual casino games, and sports betting markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash benefits credited to a Member's account by nustas.
• "Real Money Funds" means PHP-denominated deposits made by a Member using an approved payment method, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required of all nustas Members prior to processing withdrawals, in accordance with PAGCOR compliance obligations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Member and nustas. By completing the registration process, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using the nustas platform in any capacity, the Member conclusively agrees to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the nustas Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

nustas reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the nustas platform following notification of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

03 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the nustas platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all subsequent times:

• The Member must be at least 21 years of age. nustas strictly enforces the minimum age requirement consistent with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. Underage access is prohibited.
• The Member must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law at the time of use.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) nustas account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• The Member must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including their legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the nustas platform or any other affiliated gaming platform are not permitted to register or maintain an account on nustas.

nustas reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal. Verification of the above eligibility criteria may be required at any stage of a Member's relationship with nustas, including at the time of withdrawal requests.

04 Account Responsibilities

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their nustas login credentials, including their username, password, and any SMS verification codes. Members must not share their credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

nustas will not be liable for any loss, unauthorized access, or damage resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their account credentials. Any activity conducted using a Member's credentials is deemed to be the action of the account holder. If a Member suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must notify nustas immediately via the live chat or support contact channels.

Members are responsible for ensuring that all personal details registered with nustas remain current and accurate. Updates to personal information, including changes to the registered mobile number or email address, must be submitted through the account settings panel and may require additional verification. nustas is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information on the Member's account.

KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed. Members must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document and confirm their registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is completed.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

nustas accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. nustas does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits are credited to the Member's nustas account within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method. Standard GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited within 90 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) Philippine banking business day.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to withdrawal processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limitations of the applicable payment provider.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only Real Money Funds and converted bonus winnings that have satisfied all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• nustas reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for high-value transactions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

nustas offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spin credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all nustas bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a Member's account at any time, unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• nustas reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or misuse.
• Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational play. Any systematic betting strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns, use of automated play, or coordinated account activity — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

Disputes regarding bonus terms or promotion eligibility should be directed to the nustas support team via the live chat function available within the platform.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the nustas platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, virtual casino games, sports betting, and bingo — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or game category, as published within the game interface or the relevant section of the nustas platform.

For RNG-based games (slots, virtual casino, etc.), nustas uses certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including nustas itself, outside of the stated return-to-player (RTP) parameters for each game title.

For live dealer games offered through WM Live, game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — conducted in real time in a professionally operated studio environment. HD video streaming ensures the integrity of each game round is visible to the participating Member.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot session, the game round already in progress will be completed according to the predetermined outcome already recorded by the nustas server. nustas shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the Member's side.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustas platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances without prior notice:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of the platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Collusion with other players, whether at live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other format.
• Exploitation of any software error, pricing error, or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Chargebacks, dispute filings, or payment reversals in connection with funds deposited on the nustas platform.
• Use of another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed toward nustas staff or other players.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.

09 Responsible Gaming

nustas is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines on player protection. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and nustas recognizes that for some individuals it may lead to harmful behavior. The nustas platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from a Member's account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount a Member may deposit during the specified period.
• Session time limits — Automatic session reminders at intervals chosen by the Member.
• Reality checks — On-screen notifications displayed at set intervals during gameplay to inform Members of elapsed session time and net gaming result.
• Cooling-off periods — Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-exclusion — Permanent or long-term exclusion from the nustas platform, applied immediately upon request and not reversible for the stated exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nustas platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, audio, video, and the nustas brand name and mark, is the exclusive intellectual property of nustas or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nustas platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. No part of the nustas platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written permission of nustas.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, nustas and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the nustas platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the nustas platform for maintenance, technical failure, or reasons beyond nustas's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's account as a result of the Member's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Delay or failure of third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or 7-Eleven.
• Reliance by the Member on any information published on the nustas platform.

nustas's maximum aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any matter arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

nustas collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with nustas, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described therein.

nustas implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect Member data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls on all internal systems that handle Member personal information.

Member personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or PAGCOR compliance obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nustas reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect a Member's rights or obligations — nustas will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account.

Minor amendments, including editorial corrections, clarifications, or changes required for legal compliance, may take effect immediately upon publication on the nustas platform without individual notification. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the nustas platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and nustas, the Member should first contact the nustas support team to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. nustas commits to handling all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the parties agree that the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
